    This Privacy Policy for the O4B - The Open Source Business Forum website (www.o4b.org) applies to Loovent UG (haftungsbeschränkt) (hereinafter referred to as “Loovent”, “we” or “us”).

      Our Website and Services include social media buttons (“Features”) which directly lead to fan pages. There you can share posts and comment on through your social media account. Your interactions with the Features are governed by the privacy policy of the third party who provided such Features and we are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such third-party Features.     2. Newsletter

      Personal data entered into forms on our website will be transmitted to Loovent via a secure connection in encrypted form. If you have signed up or otherwise agreed to receive newsletters, we will process your contact data to render those services. All newsletter activities and other update services serve marketing purposes and business development.

      Processing of usage data is based on Art. 6 (1) f GDPR. It serves our legitimate business interests to pursue marketing and business development.

    3. Google Analytics

      Loovent uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service from Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (“Google”), on our website. The information generated by the cookie pertaining to your use of this website is usually transmitted to and stored on a server operated by Google located within the United States. If IP anonymization is enabled on this website, Google will, however, shorten your IP address within member states of the European Union or other states party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area before transferring it to the United States. Your complete IP address will only be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there in exceptional cases.     4. Pretix

      Loovent uses the ticketing system Pretix, a product by rami.io Software development

      Markgräfler Straße 16, 69126 Heidelberg, Germany. If you register for our Services on this page you will be forwarded to the web page of Pretix where you enter your personal information. All data stored by Pretix is located in Germany on servers in datacenters operated by German companies.

      Personal data entered into the register forms on their website will be transmitted to Loovent via a secure connection in encrypted form. Loovent will process your contact data only to render those services you have registered.

      Loovent and Pretix have entered into a data protection agreement.

  10. Changes to Privacy Policy

    The terms of this Privacy Policy will govern the use of the Website and Services and any information collected by Loovent. Loovent reserves the right to change this policy at any time, so please re-visit this page frequently. We will provide notice of substantial changes to this policy on the homepage of the Website.
